inquiry about a supplier

Hello, my name is Graziano. I have in mind to place an order regarding mobile phones with TRADE IMPEX INTERNATIONAL. This supplier is located in Luxembourg. He is a new member listed in 2007 and there are no forum opened about him. So I need to know if someone can tell me something about him. He is honest or not? I have had just some bad experiences with european suppliers listed on alibaba and so i am asking for some advices. Thanks to all. With this company we know they sell so many brand name mobiles, so we need to be steady, and that they are just free members, so again more so.

). however i have seen this supplier listed in another platform: globo-service.net; this is a platform in which the administrator checks all the sellers listed in the site and all these are verified. do you know something about?
