PIL container number; agents agreement

Hello,
1 Does anyone have any number of PIL line container ?
2 Does anyone used the agreement "NTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE AND WORKING AGREEMENT" A trading company offer me to sign it and then I will work as their agent and I will be offering their goods to customers. Can I have a problem after I will sign it ?
