becasue as they told us that they have cleared up the bill with FEDEX in USA. we are required them to give us the payment of copy. untill now we didn't hearing any news from them.
even they didn't replying our mail . and now our mail are returning back from the mailbox.
we are checking with their A/C. China Fedex told us that this account can't use.they have some problems.
We are afraid that is it they can open a new A/C on Fedex , so they are still not paying the bill to them. and fedex will asking us to paying the bill .
Because we don;t known the law in USA .

Stella, I did some checking. But its not the kind of news you want to hear. FedEx like UPS has two types of accounts those for shipping and then accounts for receiving international shipments. I believe that the account number the buyer provided you is a shipping account only and then therefore because they could not charge that account number the payment for the international shipment fell on your company. You can check the type of account that any buyer gives you by contacting customer support. This way this problem will not crop up again resulting in a significant loss of profit. This is what I believe the problem you encountered with your buyers account.
