the IT products's profit

We do IT products for a long time ,5 years ago it's profitable ,but now it seems that the profit is little and little ,because of the RMB strong and the USD weak this year and the market start to be more open and more and more people start to do it ,it affect our profit specially .So I really think we should change to new products,but we are still in the of way of searching...
How about the IT market in other countries ? Who knows it ?
