Many buyers from in the internet request us to calculate an accurate cost and packing information upon their particular demands. We do it carefully, and work out all information by joint effort of each dept. of our company. We send the refreshed quotation to customers and wait their comments...

Times and times, we get no response even a reply with thank from them. I wonder why there are so many ungracious buyers here. They even don't know what is respect to each other...

Its business. People dont expect extra lip service and usually dont feel like they have to be polite themselves. Ive done the same myself and I am not surprised when I dont get thanked in return. I assume, that they, like me have tons of emails to send and reply to each day, so sometimes courtesy is forgotten in the name of efficiency and expedience.
Im not saying good manners isnt a good thing, I like people who treat me nicely during business correspondences, and I practice the same attitude myself as much as I can. However this is trading, not pure socializing. Besides, your department is paid to do exactly that. If you wish for people to take time to be nice, you are in the wrong business my friend.

Don't take care about such kind of situation. You have to reply and resend the emails day by day, coz that's ur job. Do your job with your heart, take the responsibility within ur daily work, returns come at the end.

If your pricing is too high this might be a reason. Offer other methods, Such as Fedex,UPS,EMS and Hong Kong post. Another reason people like to compare quality and pricing to other products. You can't always expect someone to buy right away. It takes a little research
