[em9] what does a buyer mean when he says he will have full paper work on jeans.
i'm new to trading and i would like to know the rules when selling authentic goods.

Since you are referring to Authentic Goods it means that the other person SHOULD be telling you that he will send a copy of his license to sell the authentic (brand name) goods he is offering to you.

Do NOT under any circumstances take any paper/ certificate/ scan he sends you as true!!!! Contact the brand name company and VERIFY that this person is giving you a VALID resellers license/distributors license!!!!

If you are talking about Shoes (Nike etc) coming out of China then the goods are NOT authentic as NONE of the major brands allow that out of China

But i am the seller and these goods belong to me.
i am the owner of the brand and it's regestered.
what papers do i need to give my buyers.[em9]

Ah, you are the seller.... sorry.. In that case you need to give your buyers copies of your trademark ownership papers. Same way that Nike issues certificates to those who are legally allowed to resell their products.
