tomorrow will be atwitter for me ,one of my customer from USA will come to visit our factory , that customer is very important for me,so this evening i disposed our showroom again . but now i start to fell nervous,how can i do tomorrow?
Just be yourself! friendly and natural, open for discussions; look through possible qustions from a customer and be ready to give detailed replies; prepqre explanations about things which may cause some displeasure (if it happens).. be yourself again and donr be afraid of unexpected situations, argueeing is sometimes a good way to get new solution!
do not feel nervous,have a relaxed heart.discussing jobs and tech and other related items.Really,biz person to biz person,communicating is very easy,say your real idea to your buyer.good luck !!!!

Replying to [David Frencken]: pleasure,but maybe i can not express clearly for my limited english .that customers( a very lovely lady and a tall man ) came to our factory at 11:30 am,and stayed about two hours.them first visited our showroom( though i have disposed last night ,didn't seem very neatness still ),for the quality and items of the products are not bad,so them are interested.maybe the lovely lady is a designer,liked to do some new accessorize for the products. .......and then visited out five departments:latheman department,covering leather and fabric department,packing department,making foam and wooder department. and then left .....
