Who knows how to report an offense?
I found a customer, at first everything goes smoothly, but later, he didn't show up.It's a long time that he got our sample, we don't think he will act as the other honest Americans,so how to report an offense like this?

What you want report ?
That he was not satisfied with your sample, or that he not has answered after getting it ?
Unfortunately there are impolite customers, that reacts in such a way !

Well,we have to be careful what we report in this forum.HAVE you taken time to find out from this buyer the real cause why he did not turn up for the deal.
So many answers for this.maybe not satisfy with your product.Call him/her if you want to find out why?he surely must have phone number before you startednegotiation with him.
