I think Trade Manager is rather good, besides now it contains webcam and voice functions.

As for me, at the moment i don't need such service as chat rooms. I'm satisfied with trade m.

But what if others want to use such service!?

ther is some problems

1-  in search function .

because some buyer when they want search about some proudect and write it .in alibaba search engen they lose some charecter in the word they write it so the engen search did not give any reselt sech as example

if i want search about  dictionary and i write it dictinary  the search engen not give me any reselt  but in yahoo search engen if i write it the engen give me  some suggestions to choose what i want .

the bad writing or speling is widespread problem .

so my suggestion is make some additional characteristic to giving (suggestion proudects ) like yahoo search engen .

2- pay ment method

ther is some contries have not card companyes so if some one have company and want join whth the seller of alibaba by any way he can join

so i suggest you open some new way to make joining in your web is more easy and direct

so my suggestion is by (seand sms by mobail )and he seand in his sms  his titile of ali baba .

that help the suppliers to join directly in your respect web

What to do with Chat Rooms, Trad Manager is the best solution. Even here I'm having difficulties with frauds. Let me be able to talk one by one. Better than ever.

Trade Manager could be improved in 2 ways as follows:-

1. Create a chat room thru which their could be spot discussion about a product or an order.

2. Thru its own existing info web as lying with alibaba.com

Chat room can be an additional part to ALIBABA but never instead of TRADE MANAGER. Trade manager is quite nice an easy to use. I like to discuss one by one. I told you many times that scammers are even following the forums and they are taking my time. Instead of all this I can make my business exactly with the person that I want to discuss. Trade Manager allows me to talk longer and on real time. I don't need to wait for the answer for a couple of time. On my oppinion Trade Manager is one of the best parts of ALIBABA.
