We are a trading company buying from China and selling to Europe all kinds of Permanent Magnetic Lifters that need to comply with EC98/37 directives.
Our client require us to provide a CE certificate in order to cover his * in case something wrong happens with the product in the future... in case of trial.
Providing the CE certificate of the factory we buy from would mean giving our client the adress and name of the factory... in other word giving him the chance to skip us for next orders...
How to meet both requirement of the client to cover his * in case of something wrong happens with the product in the future (by the way, in this case who is responsible ? can, as a trading company be responsible for this ?) and our requirement to keep this trade secret hiden from our client ???
