Buyers at Canton Fair -- Experienced Buyers??

Hey..
I have been attending so many trade shows and met so many fresh business people arround world.
I have an impression that most of the buyers at Canton Fair are fresh buyers who just start trading with chinese suppliers.
Do you agree on that?
