Did you ever do business with Asico? Has anyone done business with Asico?
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
I was the unfortunate one that has bought from them.
I bought a sample batch of 10x HDD media players and I received them fine and all seemed OK.
THEN THINGS TOOK THE TURN FOR THE WORSE...........
After selling just x5 units, I got calls saying that the unit has stopped working. On a couple of them the power supply blow up and another 2 were completely dead. This happened all within a couple of months of them using the units.
Overall 8 out of the 10 units have broken with a couple of months of being used. I spoke with Asico and everytime I try to ask for the address and contact person to send the units back to get replaced they ignore me. This has been going on for 8 months now and still have had no luck on getting that information. I have spoken to around 3 different contact people and all ignore my questions and they have now started to hide from me on MSN.
I have now pretty much given up on getting replacements and thought I would let everyone know how much of a poor company they are.
I CANNOT STRESS TO YOU HOW POORLY BUILT THE PRODUCTS ARE AND HOW BAD THE SERVICE IS.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! You will be throwing your money away.
