My Alibaba membership's status
I had paid my Alibaba memberhip dated 26th September 2007 and I had received information from the 3rd party of Alibaba that my application from Alibaba sent to the 3rd party on last October 9 (tuesday).

I means 2 weeks after I paid my membeship.

As additional information :
My country(Indonesia) started 12th until 20th or open again 22 October 2007 have National Holiday (Idul Fitri -- Moslem Day).

During our holiday I have received many e-mail and phones from 3rd party that asked me to answer her questions as soon as possible with underlining within 2 days working days latest.

My questions are :
- Why needed 2 weeks processing period between the date i paid my membeship and the information my application to 3rd party ????? With the assumption I known you had National Holiday dated 1st up to 6th October 2007 and I have information before your holiday from your Marketing Representative that said although holiday the 3rd party still open officially
but as you know I just waiting and waiting during this period -- can not contact and no contact.. Why ????????? Note I still kept the file information.
-Do you know our culture Idul Fitri as National Holiday???
-Why the 3rd party call and e-mail me during our Holiday although I had informed her before our holiday that I can not answer her questions during our holiday????
-You and the 3rd party -- Do you have tolerant with other countries culture??
-If I don't want or able to answer the 3rd party because my office is closing - it means I failed my membership ???????
- Is all your procedures or policies just based on designed machine like robot???

Please answer my question within my holiday.

- Up to now(since yesterday) Alibaba Admin never reply my questions
- I had received a lot of email -- it look the 3rd party of Alibaba must be clarified again--I must know the authorize person of 3rd party of Alibaba
