Replying to [gigi -freeroom furniture ]:I ever heard that kind of story from my friend who had the same case like this, her boss can crack and steal her password by asking the IT who made His website. Some of new inquiries, contacts has steal when my friend wasn't in the office. It is like a criminal and no ethic, and bad attitute for someone who call "BOSS"

It's meaningless to stay there anymore cause it may never works out your value.
Leave there and you deserve to find a better one.

I dont understand the situation completely...
Does the boss intercepts the new customer as soon as the inquiry turns into the order? Is your friend's salary consists of 2 parts: some minimum base +% of a deal? If reply to these 2 questions is "yes", then right, I would also recommend to leave the company as there is no way for earning more (and probably no way for personal promotion).

If salary level has nothing to do with % of a deal, then doesnt matter much who works further with a new customer... Your friend will get his profit anyway. Its only sad in case your friend wishes to be promoted within this company....But a.m.situation seems less real as it's hardly possible that the boss prevents his sales people from doing their work (managing orders, supervising contracts etc). Why would he do all by himself??...

In alibaba, when the sales receive a inquiry, the bosses or managers will receive one(if the company have registered the headguarters accounts and branches accounts),if the bosses are good boss, they won't reply the inquiry, because they know their sales will reply the same one,but when they reply the inquiry also, they are mostly are full of experintial and most important they are bosses, you think the buyers will chose who to contact in touch?
so as those sales, not only have to compete with onther company but also their bosses.[em4]
about the salary,as a sales,mostly are consists of two parts:mininmun base +%of a deal
