Replying to [gigi -freeroom furniture ]:I´m really sorry to hear what happened to your friend. It is possible that what the boss did was illegal. That kind of behavior is very unethical, unprofesssional and shortsighted. This sort of thing has also happened to me, except it was a co worker and not the boss. I still left the company any way. Business can be very cut throat depending on the nature of the business, however we must conduct ourselves in a professional manner. My advice for your friend is to find another place to work and let this be a lesson learned.
Best of luck.

Replying to [gigi -freeroom furniture ]:It seems it is very common in China. people do things like this way to gain more , whatever it should be theirs or not. It depends on our determination. I hate these guys! Business is a battle field already, and I don't want it be colder. Don't these guys need anyone to rely on? How could they rely on anyone who is treated as their enemy? There's no one like to be friend with such guys.

Replying to [gigi -freeroom furniture ]:soem of bosses did ,so what ?that is not pointed . the most important step for what you are going to do is how to keep up with your customers and get them trust you .
imagine that if you were a boss you would search more customers for your business by means ?
