one of my friend are sales in her company ,she everyday post their products in alibaba,sometimes they receipt inquires,but after they reply their inquires,mostly no customers reply them.sometime she thinks ,maybe the customers just a joke for them.but today she find it doesn't look like that.

Don't businesses in other countries also need profit? If this boss did it for the profit, then he is "short-sighted" and not worthy being a boss. Treating your own employees like enemies is never a good working strategy, no matter where, why, etc.

I don't quite understand why this should be illegal.
Or do you get paid by percentage of your turnover? That would be understandable.

Replying to [gigi -freeroom furniture ]:Maybe it's not boss,I receipt soe inquires,i replyed for the all,but no one reply me,I am the only one do this job in my company.so I think maybe sometimes it's not about the boss.maybe the customer is not sincerely.
