Instructions for filling in the record card of export transaction statistics for the 102nd

session of Canton Fair.

 

1.Exhibitors please fill in the record card in time and according to the facts. Do not miss or repeat figures or give wrong figures. If figures were missed, please make them up timely; if wrong figures occurred, please do the correction timely. In principle the contracts should be reported on the same date they were signed. If exhibitors failed to meet the time under special conditions, please submit the record card the next day. The transaction statistics are required to be reported till October 20.

2.The record card should be handed in before 5:00 pm every day.

3.The locations for collecting and submitting the record card: The record card will be issued and collected by the staff of Canton Fair at the working address of Business Center of Import Pavilion of Pazhou Exhibition Hall (2nd Floor, Hall 21).

4.Remarks for filling in the record card: 1)Booth Number: It is the coding on the lintel of your booth. For example, the coding for the No 05 booth at the Aisle A, 2nd Floor, Hall 21

is "21.2A05"; 2)Exhibitor's code: It is the seven-digit code on your entry certificate; 3)Company name: It is the name on the lintel of your booth; 4)Certificate number of the person who fills in the card: It is the figures under the barcode of your entry certificate; 5)Statistics for Chinese mainland buyers: It means the statistics from the contracts signed by businesspeople from the Chinese mainland (persons who hold import pavilion buyer's card); 6)Statistics for Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan Province and Overseas buyers: It means the statistics from the contracts signed by businesspeople from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and from countries and regions outside China during the fair Should you have any queries, please contact the analysis team of the business office of the fair in Pazhou Exhibition Hall (tel: 89130321).
