In Kenya having a letter from a well know Catholic Bishop, Chief of Police, Minister of Health will get you passed the road blocks with less money passing hands. I have learned in my travels it is best to have a letter from an Embassy, Secretary of Defense, Minister of ....,

My plea is this... I have been given new countries to travel through for which I have no Knowledge of Political, or Tribal protection!!

If you know the ins and outs of Pay him now or spend a little time in the Pokie, I would greatly appreciate heads up in your areas?
