Please be advised that your Member ID cannot be changed once it has
been registered.
For members who have been registered since 2007-8-18 your Member ID
was automatically generated by our system and it can't be changed. We
suggest that you sign in with your registered email address instead of your
Member ID. (We will update this information in our Alibaba Tutorials)
If you still want to change your Member ID for any reason, please
re-register for a new account at
http://us.my.alibaba.com/user/join/joinStep1.htm. However, as we have
mentioned, the new Member ID is also automatically generated by our
system and it can't be changed.
As for your password, you can change it. And you can refer to: http://www.alibaba.com/trade/help/faq/2_3_3_2.
