How do I know the prospective seller will sell the item he advertises, in the condition he advertises? In other words, how do I know I won't be cheated?

Is there a way to get references or to see a track record of sellers? Have others had negative experiences with sellers?

Thanks

The only way to be 100% shure of quality and delivery is to go by yourself to the prospective seller, make a quality inspection, wait until your part is manufactured and keep an eye on it when it will be loaded. Than you can book a passage on the ship that will transport the container, most ships will provide such a possibility and look that nothing happened until the cruise !
At last you have to look during unloading und the way to your destination ! Then you can be 100% shure all comes so, as you want !

But most Importers go an easier way, trust !

If you new in this business and want Import high price electronic, mobiles, computers or such this kind of merchandise, I would suggest you, to look for an other job, because this can lead to bancruptcy in short time for unexpirienced people !
