Singapore Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo will be in China for a visit from Thursday.

He will be visiting Nansha and Shenzhen in the Guangdong Province of China.


In Nansha, Mr Yeo will participate in a forum on the future development of China, and deliver an address entitled "Will China Be Able to Rise Peacefully?" on 12 October.


After Guangdong, Mr Yeo will visit Hong Kong and Macau from 14 to 16 October.


He will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
