Replying to [zhangjia]: I'm from New Zealand, and I can understand your post perfectly well. Maybe you should concentrate on communicating in writing, rather than speaking.

If you want to talk without misunderstanding the customer I would suggest a person to translate, until you can speak better english. Replying to [zhangjia]: To start a good conversation with foreign customers, you should first know by heart what are you going to talk about, then do some preparetion, master the whole process rather than being led to nowhere and get lost. And one thing important, there is no need to be shy, for the sake of business.
