Replying to [zhangjia]: I'm from New Zealand, and I can understand your post perfectly well. Maybe you should concentrate on communicating in writing, rather than speaking.

Replying to [zhangjia]:
It will never be a problem for you!
Firstly, your english isn't bad at all.
Secondly, both of you and your foreign customers can understand each other well though there may be some little mistakes in your expression.
What's more important, most of foreigners are friendly. [em7]

Replying to [zhangjia]:If you are using a computer there are translation programs available. If you want to talk without misunderstanding the customer I would suggest a person to translate, until you can speak better english. The cost of a person to translate might be a long term relationship with the customer.[em17]

Replying to [zhangjia]: To start a good conversation with foreign customers, you should first know by heart what are you going to talk about, then do some preparetion, master the whole process rather than being led to nowhere and get lost. And one thing important, there is no need to be shy, for the sake of business.

Replying to [zhangjia]: Practice Makes Perfect . Firstly you should practice on Writing . only when you can chat with customer fluently by typing .then you can speak out fluently by phone call .
From your writing .I think that's easily understand .so I donot think any problem for you to communicate with customers .

Most important .some customers are friendly and they can understand us very well .

Come on . Practice makes perfect .
