Replying to [parvez]:It's important to agree prior to order confirmation that the supplier warrant their products to be of certain quality standard for a period of time. And also the handling cost of returning the goods whether for replacement or repair should be agreed.

  If the terms of payment is LC, you should stupilate a condition that, the goods should be insepcted on line prodcution and after cmpletion of the production there should be quality and quantitiy inspection by the international inspection agency like SGS.

 Then if the goods accompany with the certificates you can accept., and there will not be any problem;

If you have paid by TT or other method you donot have the chance for control.
