Recently, certain companies have been removed from Alibaba due to suspected fraudulent
activities reported by our members. Alibaba is always contributing to a trustworthy and safe
business platform. Due to our constant efforts and the help of our members, suspected
fraudulent activities are closely monitored and dealt with.
However, we advise you to contact Alibaba's service team immediately if you encounter any
suspected fraudulent activity on Alibaba. Our service team will follow up accordingly in
order to avoid repeat offences.

Where are the Putian Gold Suppliers, who sell originals, but send counterfeits or nothing !
Please do not forget these scammers, who are reported also to Alibaba, or must we assume that Alibaba is protecting Chinese members, sorry "paying members", although they were indicated the fraud ?
If you do not delete them also, do not promote a doing like this as help for the members, if it is only 40% of the work that surely must be done !

I think Alibaba have removed some fraud putian companies. I use those scammers company name reported on forum to search on Alibaba website, and I found most of the scammer companies are removed. It is better than nothing is done! In my opinion, Alibaba is becoming better and better, they are trying to provide more information to us. That's good begining! Give them some applause to become stronger!

I have been trying to get some kind of action out of alibaba for a long time about Tian Yuan Trading. Alibaba has done nothing but protect them selves stating that they are not a police force and that the disputes must be resolved by the buyer and seller. Alibaba has no real interest in helping the people that get scammed by the companies in chins. They only want to protect their income from the paying companies. The Tian Yuan company was reported to them a long time ago for advertising the real product and shipping a fake product. Alibaba said they are not really capable of doing anything about it and have left the company to trade on their site. neither alibaba or Tian Yuan trading are reputable companies. scamming people is just another day at the office for them. this bull of removing companies outside china only is proof that they are only interested in themselves and their own profits.
Just do that you can see the truth about the Tian Yuan Trading company have a look at their web site.

There are various dropshippers on Alibaba.com of shoes and clothing. These members claim that they have been authenticated by Alibaba. These members showcase products that doesnt have any obvious IPR issues but if you contact them via inquiry they send catalogues of Fake products.
There have also been issues that these members send products that are counterfeit but Alibaba does not do anything about it.
I must admit that Alibaba has the largest database of the most authentic suppliers in China. But the fact is that showcasing fraud companies which are not from china means that Alibaba does not like to put a question mark to their authentication service.
My concern as a buyer is why alibaba is being unbiased about this?

I have recently given a small deposit to lady for 3 items, 08 jetskis claiming to work under the company name TRACKINDO, they are based in indonesia. She has dodged our efforts to contact her for over a week and has just replied back to us requesting further funds. We have not recieved our 08 jetskis as agreed with a small deposit, the agreement was, we send a deposit, then once we have recieved the goods we pay the amount owing. I think you should pay them full because i thought in their country for sending the goods out must pay the custom house in extra so they got difficult to handle, because i ever buy from them then i complete the payment and they send me goods, you should not judge them like that not all people in indonesia are scammers..., and i think you should give them full payment,

I am glad to read at least some kind of feedback on trading with Trackindo. I saw their jetski offer and was quite surprised. Could it be true for that price? I am woundering now if you did do a full payment like someone said, and most important did you get the kawasakis?

I don't think so if you do not finished the payment, because i ever make trading with Trackindo Motor Boat PT, i finished the payment then they send the jetski, last month i order 3 units of seadoo and they send me the seadoo and the quality is good and genuine seadoo, and as information Trackindo Motor Boat PT is large company based in indonesia. I recomended you to finished the payment.
