How are you? I am very puzzle!!

I working in a company for several months! but I didn't get any order for now! Is there my company problem or just me?

In my company, there are two person for trading, my colleague and I, but my company just pay for Alibaba, not other sale market! So, when any inquiry come, my colleague always reply first (the value ones), I just reply the leave ones! I didn't got any order!!

Now, we have a new colleague! there are three person for one alibaba! just reply the inquiry from customers and progress our company!

The problem is should I still working here? or find other job? Because I think I won't have the value here! I don't understand why need three person to reply the inquiry from customers in one alibaba! every day, there is less than 6 inquirys!

I didn't get any order for my company for several months! I think I can't get! Should I still working here? Please give me your advice!! Is there just my bad capability or just company?

Replying to [lindy]: When you have this idea pass through your mind, it is time for you to have a break and think over what is the true reasons for your hesitation. There are many aspacts influencing our situation but sometimes we pay more attention to some of them and neglect others. So I just suggest you do a second thought before you make your decision.

hehe , i think im so luck in my company .because that only me share the alibab.com . now i so worry about how to find a order .and more and more money .that van take me good benefit . haha ,nice to meet all friends .

we are largest company in the agruculture asparts . i believe that i can make good businees with oversea company . we are good quaility and good sevice for all the friends.hah,

Replying to [Limoanna]:Good, I agree with you. It's up to you. Roma is not built one day. Take it easy. Be patient. You have to spend many years to accumulate knowledge, capital, clients etc. Live to eat, eat to live. If your boss don't pay for you, you have to leave.

Replying to [lindy]:You could do better. well, there's many other ways you could do to find a client. For example, you could try some forums, make a advertisement there. Or you could try other free B2B website, such as MADE IN CHINA, or you could also use google to help you in finding someone who's in need of your products---although it is a little difficult. But you should try.. never complain coz it won't make any sense.

Our company attend the canton fair twice one year. This is a good opportunity to me.But our products quality is not stable. We often received complains about our products from customer. And sometimes the complain can not be deal with problerly.So the customer is lost constantly.I value this job.But i have no confidence to continue.I plan to quit this job.I do not like change job from time to time.But it's considerably hard to find the ideal job.

Replying to [ambersi]:yeah,you are right.I have thought many time to quit,but I told myself to insist on everytime,so working here up to the present.Another reason is that if i quit what kind of job can i do,i am puzzle,I don't have a courage to find a job and face a new environment.It is not easy to a find a job in present social.So we must suffer from everything

you receive only 6 enquires everyday?no,our company receive 10-20enquiries everyday! and we have 3 salesmans in our company!
maybe my English is very poor,but i trust me!
and i work 8 monthes for our copany,and no order now ,but i have 3 buyers want to order with me,they trust me,and i think they will order in future.
first,i quote the price for them as soon as possible,so they don't forget me of all times!

You know I have ever experienced the same case as you are facing now. To my mind , you should try to ask your bass for dividing the market you all are dealing with to each other . For example , your colleague could be in charge of european market and you in united state. In addition , you can search other Free B2B like "Made in China" , "ECVV" etc to display your product. You should believe God only give chance to the person who work harder.

If you boss do not agree your proposal, you can leave !
