How are you? I am very puzzle!!

I working in a company for several months! but I didn't get any order for now! Is there my company problem or just me?

In my company, there are two person for trading, my colleague and I, but my company just pay for Alibaba, not other sale market! So, when any inquiry come, my colleague always reply first (the value ones), I just reply the leave ones! I didn't got any order!!

Now, we have a new colleague! there are three person for one alibaba! just reply the inquiry from customers and progress our company!

The problem is should I still working here? or find other job? Because I think I won't have the value here! I don't understand why need three person to reply the inquiry from customers in one alibaba! every day, there is less than 6 inquirys!

I didn't get any order for my company for several months! I think I can't get! Should I still working here? Please give me your advice!! Is there just my bad capability or just company?

why don´t you go look for other ways to sell, instead of only alibaba ?
Surely a company cannot depend alone on alibaba !!
There are many ways to sell, if you only look for it.
I think the company policy, only alibaba, is not good.
From your side I would find other ways to start selling the product instead of only alibaba, whereby you are usualy late with your reaction - why are you always late ?
do you come late in the morning ?

please don´t blame the company or the others only - mayby you have some blame as well.

I tend to agree with Bavaria, in that it seems that you are far less agressive than your colleague.  Your boss may be noticing this and has added another person looking for an agressive sales rep and a deal closer.  If you want to prove that you are in deed serious about your job it would be beneficial to you to place some advertisements with a direct email address to you and start closing some deals.  Do a google search for :

Hopefully you can then channel some sales your way and show your boss that there is no need to add another sales rep.
