I suggest you think about this carefully, even if you have got a office in china already, then what is the profit and cost you have to spend every year? who will be in charge of your production and your order, what kind of stuff do you want for your company? anyway, to open a office in china is easy, but how to survive is the most important thing,if possible, pls contact me we can talk about this as I already have a office going the same type as what you going to do later,

set up an HK office in China is much easier than other kinds of office. And only pay about RMB8000 (USD1170) to register only.
Guang dong province : huidong area for crafts shoes, fashional shoe; chaozhou and shantou for crafts sandals and injection EVA shoes and bead sandals.
Fujiang province is for sports shoes.
Zhejiang province, wenzhou city is for leather shoes.
I have worked in the shoes company before I run my sourcing business.
