Milsahuang, it may or may not be you.  Many times prospective buyers don't even know what they want, and sometimes quotes paint to broad a picture for the buyer to comprehend.   This is why it may be best to make a short reply and ask specific questions of the buyer pertaining exactly to what their requirements are for a specific product.   To many times buyers feel that they are receiving generic response's instead of a response personal to their business needs.  All potential buyers want to feel that any communication with you is specific to their company or business.   By asking specific questions it makes the buyer feel that you are giving them direct and personal attention to their needs.  In all my years of buying I have always bought from those companies who returned my messages with questions specific to the needs of my company.  Scripted general responses is not a way in which to gain a customer, as more often than not the buyer will feel that you have no real time or are to busy or far to unflexable to know their company and the needs of their company.[em15]
