Replying to [Howard007]: please please do not, repeat not send any long lists in excel !
This is what most chinese do, and is too time consuming, and totally unpractable.
You simply write the price in the direct mail so that the client does not have to open a separate attachment, which in many cases does not even open.
If you want to add pictures you MUST always do in JPG format.
Please note to give each picture a article number which is easy should corresponds easily with the price.
then you should mention any min. order quantity, whether your price is FOB, CF or ex works .
payment terms, L/C - TT ( which actually is not serious way to the buyer )

Replying to [bavaria]: Dear Bavaria, thanks, but you forgot to tell our chinese friends to include some warm words in their e-mail first, such as: "My dearest friend, here you find our offer. We are sure you will never find a better offer and our product is best quality in the world. Please let us have your order soon a we are happy to build a long term relationship with you......"
.....otherwise we european buyer won´t be convinced.
