I met a lot of foreign buyers to discuss the business chance with them. Most of them prefer to hire an on-ground agent by paying him 3%~5% commission instead of paying salary on a monthly basis. The problem is that some of them buy less than $50000 annually, which means I can get less than $2500 from him per year. After deducting the traffic, international phone call costs and etc., the final annual net profit will be less than $1800 (less than $150 per month). So, I am seeking a way to work for foreign buyers by asking a payment on a montly basis. If you need an on ground Chinese agent, how much are you going to pay monthly?

I think pay monthly is feasible. And as I know many overseas buyers do that too.
