Replying to [parvez]: you should split it, I'm as buyer asking for 5-10 sampels and its really expensive, but if you split - that's ok..

This topic has been discussed many times. Before sending the samples, clearly discuss with the buyer about sampleing and courier cahrges to be paid by the buyer. Most of the Buyers will accept this.   Then where is the necesity to discuss about non-paymnet of cample and coureir charges.

As a manufacturer, I don't mind to pay for the shipping of sample send to buyer. I meant real buyers not free sample shoppers. I encountered lot and lot of free sample shoppers who wanted me to pay for the shipping and cost of producing the sample. I just ignored them completely.

Most suppliers are reluctant to pay for the sample and the delivery, this being due to large number of people being interested in samples, I have a DHL account but have found that it works more expensive for me using my account therefore, it is advisable to ask the supplier to use their account which works out to be far cheaper, this is due to supplier's regular use of a courier.

Replying to [parvez]: Serious & genuine buyer never refuse to pay the small mailing cost, rest assure that if any buyer is not willing to pay the mailing cost, 99% he is not serious to buy at least from u.

As a buyer I am happy to pay for the sample (at selling price) and international shipping (if delivered to my agents/port). I have been asked to make additional payments of inland postage and customs....I think Im being ripped of a bit-am following my instincts and staying well away!

I would be willing to reimburse the manufacturer the cost price for the sample but not for shipping.

A lot of chinese manufacturers notoriously ask for upto $100 for small sample items.

You want to generate business. Send a free sample.

Replying to [parvez]: It all dpends !!!
1. What kind of sample.
2. How serious is the Buyer.
3. How much is the Seller Interested in Promoting his products.
The main role plays here the mutual Understanding.
