Replying to [parvez]:[em2][em2]If they not willing to pay for the shipping of the sample. Most of the time they are not a legit buyer.

How much is the sample cost and how much is the cost for shipping?

Send them the flyer of your products with picture and detail spec. thru email so they can have a look at it with out the cost to any one. If they still insist on have the sample then they should pay for the cost of sample and shipping. Offer to refund the sample cost and shipping of sample on the first order that they place with you.

Good Luck with the deal.[em2]

Replying to [parvez]: Then don`t send them. Real buyer if price is good will pay mailing. And also he is serious buyer he must have DHL or FedEx account. Shipping for EU by DHL is more then US$100.

In most of the cases, buyers are the ones who are supposed to pay for the sample. However, if the sample cost is nominal and the seller is keen to give it away freely to get their product promoted then, it is at the entire discretion of the seller.

Also, if the cost of sample is very less then, buyer may request the seller to send one sample and adjust it's cost with the successive order. It is for the seller to decide about the further action.

--------------------

Just to narrate a personal incident, we purchased one sample of a product from a Korean company. While sending the product, they asked us to try their another different product. We agreed and requested them to send a sample of it but adjust the cost with the next transaction, they also agreed.

Then, they offered us to promote their another product but since we were not very much interested to purchase it's sample so they gave us the third sample free of cost because they were expecting us to promote that product also. So, its entirely on the seller's will, buyer can request but can't force.

Replying to [parvez]:somstimes you have to take risks. if your item is of a very low value and the shipping cost is small then you should consider it as an advertising cost. After all not all the people on the net are frauds, there are also genuine people who want to check your products but to transfer a small amount of money to you might cost them twice the actual amount. So, go with your instinct.

If the buyer is in need to peruse this samples and think that this item will success in his market and he will get good margin after this items, he should pay for mailing cost of the samples.

But, if the buyer offered him to buy his products and he wants to sell it, therefore the seller has to pay for mailing his samples.
