if yes, then you can continue to read....

I am crazy for music, I canot lost the song when I work...

but I just listen the english song when I work, I just try to give myself a good work scene....

I think everybody will know and can harumph some songs...and can recite the lyric eays...I mean the song which sing in your home language........

For me, I will try to translate these song in english, and sing it in english when I listen the chinse song...also I found there have many ready songs in the net, maybe you can try to find some songs which you are familiar...then try to stranslate other favored songs...

then you can improve your listening and speaking also writting...
but I have to note you, this way, can help you in the english some points, can correct your solecism, but that is not good for your regular writting... I mean this way is fit for the verbal english....hehe

good proposal,actually if you exposed into a real environment you will have more chance to learn more technical terms as well as more pragmatic...when i recite GRE vocabulary I found vocabulary is a huge reservoir.for example:

catastrophe=calamity=havoc=disaster=cataclysm=holocast=;;;;

nuptial=hymeneal=connubial =matrimonial=marital=....

but below referred words were marely used in daily life...however,some small words play significant role is particular role...

personally and professionally...to master a language t..,practice makes perfect

that is immutable philosophy
