As a buyer or seller, both parties should have formal communication via emails AND verbal though phones or internet voice mail with video features for mutual respect and upgrading each other from strangers to potential business partners.
If possible, face to face meetings will be ideal for personal touch and mutual respects with confidence. If both parties and many kilometres apart, video conferencing is next best .
Sellers should expect buyers to request for samples and be willing to provide, with certain reasonable conditions.
Buyers will expect sellers to provide the samples but must be responsible to provide earliest feedback and are expected to place an order at earliest instant, if possible.
Both parties benefit if a deal can be concluded within shortest period and with potential for future orders and long term business is very much possible.
With due respect for each other, soft checks on each other's company background to be carried out in a transparent manner, especially so for first deal
Hope all buyers and sellers can foolow this basic codes.
Wishing all Many successfull businesses
