Replying to [Vinnie]:the best means of payment in international trade is that:irrevocable confirm documentry letter of credit,so beneficiary can obtain the value of his goods directly from his bank after shipping goods and the documents should be coply with the terms and conditions of the l/c.the beneficiary can also obtain finance from his bank before shipping depending upon the confirm l/c as a guarantee. On the other hand the applicant can require certificates such as quality, quantity , weight , certificate of origin and the packing list ,all these certificates can be authenticated by chamber of commerce or/plus the council of the importing country.in addition to this the buyer can require an independant party(sgs) to issue certificate of inspection for the goods required and this certificate should be attached with the shipping documents required when presented to the advising bank by the seller.

I recommend you www.siteheart.com.
Your advantages:
1. You can chat to your customer online, bargain about the price and convince him to pay, instantly send him an online bill and receive confirmation of his payment.
1. You accept credit cards for free (based on 3D Security Standards Verified by Visa )
2. No merchant account is required.
3. No setup or monthly fees.
4. You receive 100% of funds - all transaction fees are paid by the payer
5. All funds will be transferred directly to your Visa card!
6. No papers or documents are required.
To tell the truth I am still unable to belive that I found such a service.
