why the customer not reply my Email?

Sometime, I feel disappointment .

Many customers enquiry the prices, after I provide them information which they need, always I can't get a feedback from them.

The price which we quote is the market price. Even if the customer feel it high, I think he should give me some feedback and his opinion about our products or prices. so that we can negotiate it in further. But, I did't get any feedback from them.

I want to know how to make your customer reply your Email?

Please give me some advise.
