Help me to make a business decision
I am a Chinese agent of five foreign companies but they bring me annual commission less than 10000USD at this time; I met an new foreign company last week and they need me to work for them on a full time manner,and offer me US$1200 per month . What can I do? I have no idea.

Actually this is an easy decision if you are looking at the numbers.  However you say that this is a foregin company.   Will you have an employment contract in place with the guarantee of salary over a certain period and will they also guarantee a severance pay should they no longer require your services?    Right now you have clients that you earn comissions on so it could be very hard to jepordize that income.  What you may want to do is go back to them with a counter proposal.  Offering a partime commitment so that they and you become comfortable with the relationship.   This way if you or they back away from the employment you still have a means of supporting yourself and your family. 

The numbers support that 1200 a month would be a 44% incerase in your pay at a minimum.  Therefore you could counter with a probation period of say 3-6 months at a rate of  600-700 per month.  If you do a great job and feel comfortable with the company you may choose to go full time, but they may see that you are a good representative and wish to extend the relationship on the part time basis.  Which would increase your anual income 60-70% yearly.  Thats a great raise by anyones standards.
