For the forum, you know in the world, many people speak many different things.
We rejected many nasty customers, there is the place for them to let out their steams, haha.
We rejected them mainly because of the following reasons:
1. too arrogant during inquiring process , thinking they were the king or queen while we think it is a 2 way streams, without the factory who manufacture for them to sell. Thus, buyers not meaning they are the king and we are the slaves. The old days has gone, they still thinking in the old ways.
2. too many many questions before actually they place a trial order, some people like to ask ask ask, but at the end, they disappear. But during the process before they disappear, we said we don't interest to deal with so many many questions, then they would say , "you don't know nothing about Customer Services, I bet you must not have any Customers to do with!" <== things like that, you know. I must blacklist them no matter whether he or she will give me big order or small order anyway, I think do business need ethic.
It is up to you to believe them or me. Once again, if you think I am too blunt to say so, haha, you might be another one who will blast me in the Forum. Think it carefully. No hurry. Because we really have enough good customers to deal with already, not like what they think that they can kill me by the Forum.Many thanks,

ALLWALK is the worst company to deal with. You end up loosing more money than you make. I got several samples made (which were not cheap) and when I made my order. They were nothing like the samples! They will not do anything about it. Instead ignore your emails and messages. They made so many mistakes, and are very rude. Out of 10 different styles they got 1 right. They are overpriced take way too long and lie, lie, lie.

I have asked my associate to call that HK company. Before she called, I told my associate to talk to the supplier like this: when the supplier answer the phone, tell them that you will come to their office for a look. If everything seems good, the US buyer will place the order. Then we will assiste to follow the order. When the order is ready, we will go there for inspection and pick up the goods there.
Later, my associate told me that she called them several times, no body answered the phone. But finally, somebody answered it, but they said there is no that company here.
(I am quite sure that the tel No.is correct. As I got it from the buyer and from the supplier's website)
Then I called that company myself from my city several times, same, no body answer.
I began to understand that that HK company dare not to answer any local or Chinese phones to avoid any troubles.
I reported the above to the buyer, I also told her that if you don’t believe what I said, you can write to them that your agency have an office in HK, you will send someone to have a look….(as the above).
The buyer wrote to that seller as what I said. The seller refused to do business with her. (I forgot what my buyer exactly told me, but I realize my buyer said the seller gave her an excuse to stop the business)
After several days, they sent an email to my buyer to abuse she is a liar. It is quite ridiculous!!!!
These two days, I got an email from my another buyer. She wrote like this:
Hi jasmine,
I was looking in the alibaba form and I found a company that makes small order quantity for custom design apparel and fashion things. www.allwalk.com
I have contacted them but am not sure if this comapny is authentic.. I have read there forum on there web site and many people have ordered from them..
I have checked on the internet about them and nothing has come up that looks fishy..
Do you think it is possible?
I told her the above story. She is happy that she didn't lose her money also.
And I realise that this company maybe famous, and seems many buyers contact them. That is why I put my post here.

JacDo not know exactly what you meant by one way order? But if you are trying to say that I am the one determining the price, then please check up the meaning of negotiation and bargaining. Hope you are not already throwing tantrum during our negotiating/bargaining stage. This is business, I hope you can conduct our relationship in a very businesslike and polite way. I do not have to agree to your price and you also have the choice of not agreeing to my price.So, have your boss reverted to you?

Some of them are our competitors hurting us by false statements.
Some of them are those pretended customers which we refused to do business with, then they found their places to attack us in the forum.
We choose customers to serve too. For us, we only serve good nice customers, those complainted on the Forum are those we don't like to serve or have rejected them. You can trust them or trust us, it is all up to your own decision of trying yourself with us or just believe in what the other persons said on the forum.
