ENDLESS POINTS OF VIEW OF YOU. I THINK YOU HAVE TOO MUCH SPARE TIME TO USE HERE. HAHAHA... GOODBYE FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!
Plus Woman it seems to me that you and the company you represent have really missed out on a great opportunity here. A dedicated thread about your company on the most widely used B2B website in the world could have been turned into a great opportunity to market yourself for free!
Instead you have taken things in the other direction with your stubborness to accept the obvious and arrogance and contempt that you have shown to those who have the audacity to ask about your company.
I have nothing to win nor lose by this discussion but I can't help but shake my head at how deep a hole you are digging for your company. You are burying your reputation so deep that I doubt it will ever be able to be recovered. My advice is to cut your losses and let this thread disappear and then hope that no prospective customers ever search for your company name on Google etc as this thread will surely come up!

Plus Woman, how old are you? You don't come across as being very mature. Perhaps that is the reason for the lack or professionalism that you show toward customers.
I have never before seen a 'company' that mocks customers in the way that you do. Most companies are not proud of customer complaints. You seem to be!!
The thing that I really don't understand however is this....
You keep saying how your company is good as you are willing to offer small order sizes and work with boutique customers. Yet these small order customers and boutique customers are also the very same customers who are often new to foreign trade. So in choosing to deal with those types of customers you have to expect that you will spend more time than usual explaining the details of how things work. They are also the type of customer that is most likely to make enquiries but not proceed through to orders as they are not established in the foreign trade industry themselves.
So I think one of your big problems is how you market your company. If you want customers who don't ask trading questions but give you orders then perhaps you should raise you MOQ's and concentrate on the big retail buyers. You will however spend a LOT of your time meeting their requirements, so you will need to accept that time spent dealing with customers is what gets orders, not just pretty pictures on a website.
