I see this Mall-ebay group has making the forum thread in chaos !!.
they post their trade leads everywhere around the forums.
i don't mind if they were posting trade leads since you all will freeze their account. but the time stamp of each posts will be in chaos too. it is hard for me to find posts that i want to keep follow.
and now, they keep appearing with new account everyday.
my suggestion is to block their IPs. not just their account.
i think alibaba record every visitor's IP. then it won't hard to do this.
By the way, is this happen as a system bug for the new Alibaba?

I mean, they will come back with another account isn't it..? unless alibaba want to do something. as i said ip block. I know moderators work with limited tools. blocking ip can only be made by alibaba, not mods.

The worst is that there isn't even a good reason for such behavior. Don't these people understand that they can only alienate potential customers instead of attracting them? Who in his right mind goes through such a lot of effort to scare people away? They are insane!

i think alibaba should act more aggressively. laying the job to each Mods will be such underestimate to the spammers and scammers act which has bad reputation in world wide. and they are here..in alibaba. nesting and breeding.

Regarding "finding customers", I do believe that there are some greedy idiots who react to similar messages sent directly to their e-mail inbox. But no trader - not even a "would-be" trader - will react to dozens of identical messages to the forum where he wants to have a meaningful conversation. These annoying and interrupting messages can only make a person mad.

It shouldn't be too difficult to develop a filter that for example stops someone from making huge numbers of posts in a single day or hour. Or huge numbers of posts that are mostly identical.

Dear all,
We are taking action.
First, it is not the bug for the new Alibaba, but some one use alibaba to promote their own company.
Second, our service team has told that man never do that again, becauce his way to do this has affect our member here.
Third, our engineer is making progress of our reply system, i hope this will offer some help.
Forth, One notice will come out later to accounce all the member not to do that again.
However, I apologize for that, and thank you all the moderators and our nice fellow members.
