hahahha i dont know why do you guys buy from china ?? and moreover why do you guys pay by WU ?? are you people so silly that you get trapped in chinese fancy words, pl. grow up and stop doing such silly things, dont buy anything from china, boycott chinese items altogeather then they will get a lesson, and yes alibaba is another fraud as they support frauds and scammers, i posted a list of gold suppliers who were scammers but alibaba removed it, so alibaba is the biggest fraud in this online business i think someone should come up with a new site plz.

A buyer received an email from a potential seller. The seller suggested that the buyer should use Alibaba to protect his payment. For security purposes, the buyer sent an email to the Alibaba Service Team for verification and was informed that the email was from a scammer attempting to conduct fraudulent activities.

Email from the seller:

"For payment I prefer Alibaba insured payments. We need a safe way to conduct this transaction. Alibaba offers purchase protection plans for these situations. They will decide how you pay me so you can be insured for the entire value of this purchase. In case you don't get what you are paying for, you get a full refund from Alibaba.

If you want to use purchase protection under alibaba, let me know your full name, shipping details and your full order now.

I will contact Alibaba and they will get back to us when the needed verifications are done and you got the purchase protection. You will be able to verify the validity of your purchase protection after you have qualified for it. They will give us a transaction number. Should a refund be needed (I doubt that), you email them the payment proof and the transaction number in order to get your money back."

Analysis of this case:

1. Alibaba.com is an online business information exchange platform where you can search for business opportunities or post information to attract potential trade partners. At present, we do not get involved in any individual transactions or charge any additional fees to buyers/sellers if they make deals on Alibaba.com. Currently, Alibaba does not provide a payment protection service, so any statements claiming that we do protect buyer payments are not true.

2. It is wise for new members to contact the Alibaba Service Team for verification if they are unsure about a transaction. If you receive suspicious emails from suppliers, always report them to the Alibaba Service Team.

gwaliorsspl please send me the list...i shall take up the campaign of exposing them. Of course Alibaba would remove the list as gold supplier pay the big money.

1. If  the scamers  Use 'Gold Card' Channel,  not mean  Alibaba  support  Scam.      Go to 'Black List' board  that been announced periodically by  alibaba.                                    2.  Only  a  Naif  men  who are not cautious and want to learn and read  could easily  talk  a blasphemy  comment  w/o knowing  and analyzing  and  investigation the case.Or  maybe such 'Jealous upon Success by  Alibaba" ?

 3. The Blessing it:  Study - Empirical,  Who know  one day  Alibaba & their  huge Net   members  support  will  have  such ' AIBABA ESCROW Svc" even  Alibaba worldwide e-banking"   It will be put in Agenda plan projection of 5 years ahead.            4. The case study itself,  had warning us that scamer  are using all way out : Alibaba svc. and tools. up to  the L/C bank's tools with certain clauses (sentences/phrases) to  do their operations.  So again  Due Diligence  or  Be  Smart !!  do not Naif and Lazy !

I am a acting as a supplier-agent broker for an American company that is presently undergoing very large orders with suppliers I have verified and validated.  I operate out of
Hong Kong
, and have lived in the region 7 years.

I will do all the research, validation, site visits (yes I will go to to meet the supplier first) and any other due diligence to verify authenticity. Remember I act initially only as  an introduction participant, the supplier is expected to pays me a small commission on the total order based on quantity, and you also to do the same.  I do not ask for any money to refund my time, expenses.  I will only get paid if you do business with them.

You will deal with the factory directly after you are satisfied that I have presented a worthwhile supplier.. I will help you find the perfect match for your requirements.  You make the choice I just verify legitimacy and authentication and quality. I will offer my services for a 1% of total cost of transaction orders, excluding shipping, insurance, freight if applicable

I will tell you it goes both ways.  I will also be expected to verify you and ensure you are not trying to scam from your end.

Please feel free to ask any questions or add any further details.

I thank you for your time,

ok look i have been working with china long time now as i have my suppliers from alibaba not all suppliers are liars. some of them ae trustwortyh enough to make business with them. but there are some who is fraud. alibaba maybe only be guilty in one thing: do not remove all suppliers whos has been done bad thing so us buyers can find them and ask you to help us as we find all suppliers only in your website. you must also be the one who check uo suppliers so us buyers will be protected. do not accept nobody in yoursite who is not legible and real enough to sell their products that after receiving money from buyers all of them are off line and do not answer their mobile.

Shenzhen Rui Da Technology Co.,Ltd Address:NO.502,shennan road, shzenzhen city of Guangdong state 510000,china Swift code:ICBKCNBJQZU Payee name: jun wu (JUN WU) Account No.:622202-140800-2581399 Institution name :INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA Branch name: (quanzhou BRANCH) Address:quanzhou city ,fujian state 362000 china

this supplier has received money from me for i-phone as i have all mail all msn discussion of us save in my computer. i wanted alibaba to help me or somebody just to find all this people. to sned them to jail. 500$ is a lot of money i am a single mother who is trying to work and do money aside for me to give my daughter a better life that is why i try to import some things and sell so i can earn more. but they stole my money now i losts and i will not give up....

086-13110748393 the mobile phone of their representative.

if there are members here who have good heart to help me or alibaba administrative can do something to help me about it is a very good thing. as if you solve some of buyers problem fro theif suppliers. our vision of chinese suppliers will only be good as to this kind of supplier the good supplier are affected as we buyer will not trust chinese suppliers because of these. as terms of payment most of it in china is western union or 70-30 so we buyers cannot do nothing unless unified and let this liars and theif must pay us back. meri
