Sometimes, when I have some very important things have to discuss with my cliets, I always make myself clear through phone. And after calling, I write an E-mail of the discussed information to my clients for their confirmation.

Maybe most of people think it is not necessary to write E-mail after phoning. But I think it should be very necessary and important. For today's trading, we can start cooperation without contract, without order, but just E-mail confirmation. So, if you put you phone content into E-mail, their will be a good provement and support for your business dispute, if happens.

sometimes, someone call to me ask the information of our products.i uauslly ask them to visit our website:www.xy2004.com. and then send e-mail to me, but i often ask them contact information, and have received their e-mail. i think if have clients call to you at the first time.it is better also ask their contact information

Replying to [Bryman Fang]:I believe email can sometimes be a better method, because if english is not a persons first language then it can be hard to understand what they are saying.
Email is clear and concise, although if the person can speak english well, then there is no problem.

Before calling to customer immediately it is better to send him and e-mail.

Then according to his reply, then maybe mke a phone call.

Replying to [Bryman Fang]:
I think both are required for Trading. You can send a mail n number of times but you can call 1 or 2 times only.

It's also depends on which country you are calling. If your calling city / country are the same then you'll definitely make a call.

Even when your country are different then you will do the Trading through Email.

Now you can't separate the Phone & Email. Both are Required.
