These have been reported to Alibaba.

The ones I posted have been removed by Alibaba a long time ago, after I reported them. Most "American" scammers on Alibaba are not actually in the US, those I've checked out so far have turned out to be in West Africa or Eastern Europe. I haven't been searching specifically for them though. There are some large West African scammer gangs in Toronto, but US scams isn't something I see very often.

Well, neither do I. If Alibaba will not remove them there is little I can say or do about it. Perhaps try to find others who got cheated by them, and report it and file lawsuits together. Do a search for "putian", there are others who are ganging up on some of those scammers.
