Losting $US 2000 by ordered mp4 player with Shenzhen Sungworld Electronics Co., Ltd. I got surprise with empty boxes.No mp4 player inside!!
I paid and agreed to shipment with DHL company but Sungworld decided to sent by UPS without any inform!
The goods which were missing each model is half of total of individual item.How this amazing!
For the missing value its cost almost $US 2000 but UPS would compensate only $US 100!! and it took already 3 months. How bad their service and responsibility! So funny and totally insane with how they responsibility for this matter.
They just said i didn t make insurance and that mean they can lost my products and without compensation?
Shenzhen Sungworld Electronics Co., Ltd. just told us only it is very little money and no one care for this value. Yes,of course cause they didn't put the players inside the boxes and they know how to play this game well!!
