Looking for clothing manufacturer in china able to produce small quantities

Hey,
I design a growing urban lifestyle brand based in Melbourne, Australia and i'm looking for a factory/workshop which can produce small quantities of good quality mens t-shirts, hoodies and sweaters (cotton jersey and fleece). My quantities will range between 50 to 200 pieces per style per colour. I have dealt with some factories in china but have found problems with quality and communication in the past... looking to build brand and relationship with manufacturer!!
If someone is interested or knows a good manufacturer, that would fantastic!!

It's a really difficult work```` I can imagine the troubles you and your partners will have. A lot of hard works, and high cost, very low payback, hundereds thousands problems...... Some times that really make me very disappointed.
