I am really sorry to see you people being cheated again and again. I got some similiar case 2 years ago, but luckily, my lost is only about $1500. Bucasue I did some research about the SCAMMER. Before that, I got read a lot of article also. I am a Chinese from China, but my first job is in Singapore. so I didn't realize how stupid I am. The trip bad trip give a good lesson. Every time if there is some inquiries from China, I will first go to google, yahoo... search this company first.

I am here want to give you people few basic points:

1. A new customer no matter from where, there's a chance that she/he might be a cheater. First Time Payment Terms: 100% in Advance!!!(you must verified the amount they "Paid" you, remember!!! A check payment can be indicated by you and can be cancelled within 2 weeks.) No body can cheat you if you strictly follow this rule.

   

2. If supplier and customer are not in the same country, don't do some thing like signing a contract. Enen both 2 parties are leagle company, just think about how difficult to process the case to the court, to US gav'ment or Chinese gav'ment? how long will it takes? how mch much money will you spend?

You don't need to go and Sign some stupid "Contract". Someone contact you first, he got to show his credit first.

3. Try to talk with the "Customer" more about your product/service, try to talk more about technical things.

Cheaters will not interest in it, and don't even understand it. They agree almost all your requriments....don't even need sample.... if feel the pople very easy to deal with, BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFULL!!!

A Real customer will not buy a large quantity at the first time. They usually come to the supplier's site. Argue with you about payment terms, talking a technical details.... make even a small sample order carefully. And willing to pay for the Courier Charge(This is also very important sign). Feed back to you after sample received.... if you feel the people difficult to deal with, talk more about company and professional things, Continue your Hard work!

4 Another sign is they ask for rebate / gift first, they will explain that XX President, XX Manager is very imporatant person. Need to make good relationship with him. you need to give some money / gift to she/he in order to make the contract can be signed....

5 followed by 4, you insist ONLY give rebate / gift  after the deal is done or their money is in your account and is VERIFIED(I Remind Again: you must verified the amount they "Paid" you, remember!!! A check payment can be indicated by you and can be cancelled within 2 weeks.)

These are basic notes I suggest, might not be enought, welcome to make supplement. (Hope my poor english can be understand )
