A very fat lady go seeing a doctor for a consultation session.
Lady: "Doc, What kind of medicine that i should take to get me thinner?"
Doctor: "Uhm, you don't have to take drugs, just nudge your head left to right more often!"
Lady: "When should i nudge, Doc? in the morning, noon, or at night?"
Doctor: "Just nudge your head when somebody is offering you foods!"
Lady: "Doc, What kind of medicine that i should take to get me thinner?"
