Conceal Buyer to Seller: Documents of Middleman

Hi,
There are Supplier, Broker and Buyer from three Different countries.
Buyer is paying under Transferrable Assignable L/C on CNF Basis to Broker. Then Broker Transfer to Supplier on FOB Basis.
My Questions:
- How to pay for fright forwarder?
- Is it possible for broker to submit Certificate of Origin from his countries.
- For B/L, Is Endorsed Bill of Lading Useful for this case??
- If in L/C origin of broker's country mention while supplier is from different countries does it work with L/C?
- If group of suppliers to same buyer, then what can I do? is "red clause useful for this case?
