Recently i have been contacted by a customer to buy bulk in large order. but they said will visit my company prior placing the order. Through their communication am lack of confident about customer.
Do you think it a scam? what do you think if you were in this position? please input your thought.

I don't understand your problem. Why do you think that a customer visiting your factory would be a scammer? I would think that it is sensible business practice and in fact indicates professionalism of the customer.

Provided that you have been honest with the customer then you have nothing to hide and the visit should solidify the customers trust in you and thereby guarantee you the order.

If you have not been honest with the customer then I would suggest that now would be the time to tell them as you may have a chance of maintaining their business if you come clean early.

Replying to [Egernia]:Thanks for your reply. We are not factory, we are wholesale distributor therefore nothing to hide. As customer are from the area where big scammer is. After few communication, customer has closed communication with our company. It was not good deal for us even customer did not know about our company, nor products just pretending customer knows all about it. After verifying customer info from other source...guess what it fraudulant.
