One of the customer have asked us to make the sample for them.
of course, everything was confirmed with both of us. like the price,package,design and production time.
but we didn't asking for the sample fee. because we are thinking that the customer have so sincerely to talking with us at first.
we are told that samples are free but the expressing freight should be on their account.

But after we have sent out the photoes to them, we didn't hearing any news from them unitl now. when we are calling them, the phone are no answer. but the email address are correct . because there is no any returning back mail .
we are surprised with this things.
Do you think is it the customer want us the copy the design for them ? maybe they will showing our designs to other suppliers .
If you don't want to doing business with the suppliers,
a polite/normal reply should be sent out I think.

I came across this problem too.
One American customer asked us to make two wooden boxes for him and sent them to one of his other supplier in Ningbo city.
We agreed and would love to send the samples for free.
The samples have been ready but there is no responce from him any more.
Maybe something has happened to him or his company but why he didn't tell me the fact.
